I saw your poem on a school artroom window facing the walkway to share with anyone who cared to read it. I read it. It is inspiring and so true. I am an artist and I do most of those things and wish I did more of the others. I had to come home and find a copy. I'm going to print it out and give a copy to my very artistic daughters 13 & 17 years and hope that they "get it". I work in a gallery and I'm definitely going to show them too. My grandma had just one damaged photo of Mum who died when I was 6.
We knew Mum's exact birthdate and time which allowed Marianna to paint her portrait, using this information. We dont know how she does it, but the portrait had Grandma in tears, moving her so much. We are very grateful to this unusually talented lady.
